William Laird formed Mountain Home Management, a full service property management company, in 2013. With his combined experience as a maintenance technician, carpenter and general contractor, Billy has extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of residential and commercial properties.

 

Billy fell in love with Crested Butte over 20 years ago and raised his family in the valley. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, running, hiking and biking. 

 

Mountain Home Management staffs an office of 4 employees as well as 20 maintenance technicians and skilled carpenters. We do our best to keep most services in house as all of our team members have a variety of skills to tackle most issues.
